TJ became qualified in 2008 first starting his career working for a small local gym designing training programs for members before moving onto personal training & instructing cardio kickboxing classes. This is where TJ fell in love with group fitness, often training in excess of 50 members in sessions. In 2014 NewU Fitness NQ was created. Sessions originally began outside and were run in parks utilising very little equipment before moving into the first NewU studio in 2016. TJ’s whole life has been built around sports, growing up playing club soccer & having a love for school athletics and cross country. This is where it all began with wanting to help others excel on their fitness journeys. NewU Fitness NQ was created to be different from your typical gym programs and has been built with the focus of catering for all ages, sizes & fitness levels.
